Making a dog obedient is quite a challenge. You need to provide him with a fun program in the form of a walk and give him the time he needs. I even bought a Service Dog Leash for that purpose, so that I could take him for walks and exercise his paws more often. Also do different exercises that would tire your friend and then he will not have the strength to be naughty. And do not forget to praise the pet because they like it so much.
